Founded by Principal Exercise Physiologist Melinda Weaver, Enable Health Clinic was developed as a multidisciplinary Allied Health clinic in Samford (& surrounds), focused on patient outcomes.

What we offer
Exercise Physiologist specialise in delivering safe and effective exercise interventions for people with chronic health conditions, injuries or disabilities.
General physiotherapy services assess, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate a wide variety of injuries, using various forms of passive mobilisation, massage and exercise.
Pre and post operative rehabilitation
Pre- operative rehabilitation is designed to prepare the affected area prior to surgery by strengthening the surrounding muscles. This form of rehabilitation can greatly impact the surgery and improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation, which can reduce recovery time.
Post operative rehabilitation is used to re-establish joint motion, muscle strength around the joint and function.
Musculoskeletal dry needling
Used as a treatment tool by some physiotherapists to relieve muscle tension and pain in clients with specific conditions.
Chronic disease management
Individually designed exercise programs that are evidence based and tailored to help you prevent or manage your health conditions.
Treatment to relieve pain which may include soft tissues massage, joint mobilisation, corrective exercise, posture awareness and muscle re-education. We also help you to understand the cause of your pain.
Hydrotherapy is the use of water for therapy, rehabilitation, exercise, relaxation and more.
