    Cardiac rehabilitation and metabolic conditioning, Chronic disease management, Post-operative musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Neurological conditions and disabilities.

    Melinda is passionate about working with neurological conditions and disabilities, cardiac rehabilitation and post-operative musculoskeletal rehabilitation to improve care and quality of life.

    Melinda opened Melinda Weaver – Exercise Physiologist in 2013 to provide specialised services to Samford and surrounds. With her vision in mind, Melinda grew this business which became Enable Health Clinic to include a multi-disciplinary approach to further support, educate and enable individuals to manage their symptoms independently, leading to greater health outcomes.

    When Melinda isn’t at work, you’ll find her at the beach or dreaming about being at the beach!

  • Olivia Matthews

    Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP, AES, ESSAM)

    Areas of interest:

    Neurological condition/s, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic conditions.

    Olivia is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, having graduated from the University of Queensland with Class IIB honors.

    Olivia is compassionate, welcoming, and charismatic character allows clients to feel comfortable and confident in sessions on the path to achieving their goals. Supporting, guiding, and empowering her clients with education are forefronts in her practice, she believes that sustainable habit changes are a pinnacle in performance and accomplishments.

    Olivia has an interest in supporting our NDIS clientele, as well as musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic conditions to improve their Quality Of Life (QOL), whilst catering to their specific needs.

    Olivia loves being outdoors, playing football (soccer) for The Gap and taking her dog Koda for a walk.

    Olivia is available in the clinic Monday - Friday, with after school availability on Tuesday.

  • James Adkins

    AEP, AES, ESSA

    Areas of interest:

    Aboriginal/community health diabetes management, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, return to work and ergonomics. 

    James is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, having graduated with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Australian Catholic University. During his final year of study, James had exposure to an abundance of different demographics as he temporarily relocated to Mt Isa for 2 months working in the centre for rural and remote health. An experience he says made him a far better person and even better practitioner.

    James understands that the road to better health isn’t linear. Therefore, he will always strive to deliver a holistic approach when assisting clients, going up and beyond to ensure they receive the best possible care in every session.

    James has an interest in ergonomics/workplace assessments, community health, diabetes management and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.

    James loves to play football (soccer) for Mitchelton and competing in triathlons.

    James is available in the clinic on Mondays.

  • Chantel Braun

    Areas of interest:

    Mental health, women’s health including pregnancy (pre-and post-partum), and associated conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as working with those living with a disability and the older population.

    Chantel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, having graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Chantel also holds Clinical Pilates and Remedial Massage qualifications.

    Chantel is passionate about exercise and regular movement and believes it has the potential to improve an individual's physical, mental, emotional and social health.

    Chantel has an interest in mental health, women's health including pregnancy (pre-and post-partum), and associated conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as working with those living with a disability and the older population.

    Chantel loves to hike, swim at the beach and hang out with family and friends.

    Chantel is available in the clinic Monday - Friday, with after school availability on Wednesday.

  • Philippa Crammond

    Administration rockstar

    Areas of interest:

    Developing strong relationships and being a part of their wellness journey.

    Philippa joined our Enable Health Clinic team in June 2021.  Philippa has worked in Administration for a number of years and held her previous position as Office Manager at the Ashgrove Golf Club for just under 13 years.

    She is passionate about developing strong relationships with clients and being a part of their wellness journey.

    Formerly from the South Island of New Zealand, Philippa married Gordon, who grew up in Dalby, thirty years ago and they now make Camp Mountain their home.  She is an avid gardener and spends her free time looking after the property and her two geriatric horses.  Philippa enjoys being active and rides her E-Bike to work or around the Samford on the weekend.
